Ideas into products. Products into businesses.

geodapp turns what founders and operators know into products, prototypes, and fundable businesses at AI-native speed. An applied-AI studio working across industries including energy, broadband, life sciences, and digital assets.

What should we build, and why?

AI-Native Product Development

If you're a founder or operator sitting on deep domain expertise, that's where we start — turning what you know into AI-native tools that answer questions, screen options, and speed up decisions. No blockchain required.

From idea to working prototype in days · let's talk →

For energy, fintech, and ecosystem partners replacing days of clearing, reconciliation, and settlement risk with tokenized, peer-to-peer, machine-speed settlement on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). Blockchain required.

The name is the thesis.

Turning ideas into products is the engine. The name is the destination.

geo

Markets rooted in geography. Energy grids. Broadband footprints. Locational pricing. Where a thing sits decides what it's worth. Every industry has decisions like that.

dapp

Decentralized applications. Peers transact directly on shared, verifiable rails, with compliance and controls built into the transaction itself.

Multiply them and you get the bet: place-based markets are headed toward direct peer settlement on trust-minimized rails, and they will need decision intelligence to work. geodapp builds toward that shift. The name came first, in 2021. The work grew into it.

The settlement layer for the onchain economy.

The case for XRPL is simple: replace days of clearing, reconciliation, and settlement risk with atomic, deterministic finality in seconds.

One research question: can XRPL's primitives (XRP-based payment channels, cross-currency payments, tokenization, RLUSD stablecoin settlement, an on-ledger DEX — a decentralized exchange) support marketplaces where peers transact directly within regulatory guardrails? Four requirements, none optional:

Deterministic finality
Verifiable identity & authorization
Programmable compliance
Token-based value exchange

And a peer isn't only a person — the next peers are AI agents. As workflow automation and orchestration mature, agents will require micropayments to do business: paying for data, compute, and each other's services at machine speed, in tokens. Applied context: peer-to-peer energy settlement today, agent-to-agent settlement next — regulated, place-based markets on XRPL rails, the settlement layer geodapp's AI-native products are being designed for.

"The most interesting problems I've worked on share a common structure: high-stakes decisions, real-time data, distributed participants, and a trust layer that doesn't exist yet. XRPL is the settlement infrastructure I keep coming back to: it addresses all four at the speed markets actually require, with a decade of history and a serious builder community behind it."

AI Strategy Advisory

Founders & executive teams

Advising founders, CXOs, and early-stage teams on AI strategy, market positioning, business models, and commercialization, from first thesis to working prototype. That includes bootstrap execution and fundraise readiness: investor narrative, pitch, and early-stage capital strategy. Where the fit is right, engagements extend into operating and interim leadership roles.

Structures are flexible: advisory retainers, fixed-scope projects, co-development, licensing, and revenue-share arrangements.

XRPL Research

Independent — Blockchain Settlement Architecture

Actively evaluating XRPL primitives — XRP-based payment channels, cross-currency payments, tokenization, RLUSD, on-ledger DEX — for real-time peer-to-peer settlement architectures.

Assessing how deterministic finality and maturing compliance primitives (credentials, issuer controls, permissioned markets) can power next-generation marketplace infrastructure. Applied context: peer-to-peer energy settlement.

Real innovation doesn't expire.

Ripple Swell 2026

I'll be at Swell — New York, October 27–29 — where the XRPL ecosystem's builders and institutional partners gather. Attending, or in the city that week?
Let's meet

Seeking a design partner to build a working proof of concept: peer-to-peer energy settlement on XRPL. The research is the studio's own, continuing a direction published in the 2024 Dominant Energy whitepaper. I've helped a platform ecosystem grow before: built CoreDossier on Adobe's PDF in the 1990s, presented the approach at NIST, and helped move pharmaceutical regulatory submissions onto the format. That work is still in production. XRPL is the same playbook.
